For AuDaCon AG assuring an excellent level of quality throughout its product lines and services is a crucial foundation for building and maintaining close customer relationship. To make this a clear statement, AuDaCon had its quality management certified following DIN-EN-ISO 9001:2008.

ISO (International Organization for Standardization) stands for a multi-national network of more than 140 nations. Their main goals are transferring national regulations into European standards and develop new pan-European norms. Since 1994 quality management systems can be developed and certified following ISO norms. Germany, with its DIN (Deutsches Institut für Normung) is represented at the ISO, located in Geneva.

During a certification process most diverse areas of a company are screened. At AuDaCon these were, amongst others, mission statement, document management and the way, how operating instructions are handled. More over the utilisation of resources and elimination of errors was reviewed. Other points of interest were customer orientation and satisfaction. In reference to the QM handbook, which considers all gained results, operation processes and work flow is audited by an independent organisation annually.
